Question about Curtis SMP228 MP3 Player
My mp3 player (sony) had a virus and I had to format it by windows to clean the virus. Now the virus is cleaned and I put some music in it, but it's not work. Whenever I press the play button it shows the word format error or walkman. How can I do? Please help me.
Find your Sony's model number, and then go to http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/select-system.pl?PRODTYPE=69&NAVDISP=portaud to enter it in. They will have a link to the firmware upgrade for the player.
