I Lost my power adepter for my philips speakers model no 430/00. Can you please let me know the adopter power means how much volt I need to use. also I need to connect it to my pc and i do not have any...

The specs for the adapter are not shown in the manual but I imagine they're marked on the speaker module.

Places like Radio Shack could set you up with an adapter that has a compatible electrical and physical connection.

The audio cable is standard RCA stereo on ne end and whateve rmatches your PC on the other.

I have lost the adapter for my WD5000H1U-00. However, I do have a universal adapter. I would like to know what voltage I need to set it on and the polarity. The input on the adapter is 120v 60Hz 16w and...

Set it to 12 volts. The polarity is + for the central pin, - for the outer pin. However, I doubt the amperage will suffice. I have the same box, and my adapter is rated 2A, that's 2000mA, almost 3 times the rating of your adapter. It may work with 800mA, but I suggest that you get a stronger adapter because insufficient wattage can cause the hard drive to fail soon: lower wattage means less energy to spin the platters, which can cause variable rotational speed which will cause the distance between read heads and platters to vary, and if this rotation falls below a certain point the heads may land onto the platters and cause irrecoverable damage. At that level of precision mechanics, a head landing onto the platters is like dragging an apartment building over a road. So, I'd suggest you to get a stronger adapter. It's just not worth the risk. You should be able to find good apdapters on ebay or in any electronics store near by.

I am looking for a power supply for my external hard drive WD5000H1U-00

It may be cheaper to take the drive out and buy a new external enclosure or caddy.
A replacement power supply from amazon is $25

A caddy to fit the drive in can cost from $5, it depends if you want to use the extra functions the current enclosure offers

Help on WD5000H1U-00

Are you sure the power supply is OK for this drive?

Does it make any clicking/clunking sounds like any of these:
If yes - it's really bad.
If it sounds normal then try to remove it from enclosure and connect directly to a PC.
