I am trying to manually change the ip address in my Zebra6m printer but it gives me no option for "ip configuration" in any sort or sub menu

First set I/P protocol to permanent and save. and then go back in and you should be able to see and change the IP , Subnet, and Gateway.

I have a Zebra 110Xi III that comes on but doesn't post?

This is not what you want to hear but I believe you have a MLB (Main Logic Board) problem. If you do not see the Post and it stops at a solid green light near the Pause button, can you change the solid green light to off by pressing pause once? If you can, be ready to have someone come and look at it anyway. The printer may need a professional.

Only printing 1/2 a label

recalibrate the printer in the set up.
Don't just do a quick cal from the front panel.
Make sure your driver is the correct dpi zebra driver, either zebra or my preferred seagull scientific.
by .5 of the label, do you mean width or heigth.
If it is heigth, check to make sure you are set for top of print correctly. Also you will have to back feed for a label that short.

Zebra 110Xi III Plus Thermal Printer print quality degredation

Hello,

You can try cleaning the print head with some isopropyl alcohol and a swab but be sure not to touch the element with your fingers that can get grease from your finger on it causing the oil to burn out the element very quickly. You can also check the Print head element its self. What you are going to be looking for are white spots or streaks on the print head. If you see white spots or streaks your print head has reached end of life and needs to be replaced. If instructions are needed on how to remove the Print head and or identify what DPI Print head you have installed please let me know I can post something up for you. If a Print head is needed please let me know as well. I currently carry them in stock new.
