2004 Club Car DS Electric Golf Cart: Jerking and stalling, slow up hills, charge light on dash. New batteries are load tested, charged, and all connections good. Need info on likely causes other than batteries. What specific components would cause this behavior?

One of the solenoids are bad and is be skipped over or the speed control box is malfuctioning.

    The speed control is directly under the seat and looks like the pic below, The solenoids our part of the speed control box

I bought a 2010 zone electric cart and it will not run but about 20 minutes on a full charge can anyone help Please


Check the battery for voltage. May be shot and won't fully charge even though it says it is.
