Question about Bissell Vacuums
I have had problems with the little red clips that squirt the water getting clogged, tiny little holes! I had to remove them and use a needle, then blowed them out with air compressor. I am also trying to find a diagram for this 9300-M model but cant find one.

There is probably a bad solenoid in the machine that controls the water out to the floor, you would be better off taking it to a repair place because it is a big mess of hoses and wires.

Here are things to check when there is no spray from hose or nozzles.
• tanks are not sealed into receivers
• faulty auto load receiver
• pinched/clogged line
• defective component allowing air into system
• pump not mounted so it can move freely
• defective bridge rectifier
• clogged heater
• defective pump
• defective circuit board

I took the side plastic protectors off because my brushes stopped working. I found one belt almost broken (held together by the fiber to the interior) and when I moved the brush rollers, I found mucho dog hair on the ends. Your rollers might be removed and see if you have the same problem. IT just takes two screws on each end to do this, so if your belts are good, take a look at each end where the metal post goes into it. I have two dogs and their hair is just everywhere!

its probably a solenoid that controls the flow to the floor, take it to a bissell repair center, because its not an easy fix.
