Direct light can effect the copies. Your unit may also need developer as well. If the developer is low or gone out of the unit, light copies will appear as well.
Hi, i assume you have a drum to replace it with?. Can't really clean them as they are very sensitive. Why does it need changing, your copy quality is effected?. It is a faily straight forward procedure.
