If you check I posted the solution for you. If you are grateful, because this was the first time I've seen your posts, please rate this one as fixed also. I did some nice work on the other post. Thanks.

Slow response from on switch

If the computer is slow to boot up, there are several factors to take into account. The RAM could be going bad. The hard drive may be going bad. There could just simply be too much "junk" on the computer and it may just need defragmented and cleaned out.

Check if it's a hardware fault by disconnecting the Hard disk and booting from a Linux Live-CD. If all is ok recover all your files. Then reconnect the hard disk, change the boot order from the BIOS - put the cd first,  and boot from your cd to reinstall Windows.

Does not respond at start up

Does not reach the BIOS too? No response like fans whirring on pressing the switch? Check the power supply, the mains, the UPS, the spike board and whatever comes in between these two. Press the input power cable firmly and do the same to the back-up battery too if you have one, then check if the LED on the MOBO is light up when power is switched on till the PC. Check if the monitors standby light is flashing, Then check your power supply or the SMPS in the CPU. It has a fuse too. Check the fuse. Use another SMPS which is in working order from a working PC and replace it and see if your PC makes any response which will prompt your next corse of action. Hope these pointers helped.....sodeep

click on start, run type command and type ipconfig /all and find the ip address and type ping and the address to see if you get a response not request time out, if you get a response then do the same for your modem, if you get a response call your ISP for help.

TV has a slow response time. Only cure is to buy a faster one.
Look for the response time of the TV in the description.
The lower the better. 12 mS is slow 4 mS is faster and smoother.
