The machine is a Canon Pixma 610. paper won't feed through and keeps coming up as paper jam, but we have cleared paper from all sources but the paper pulls in so far and then jams again, but we can't see any blockages anywhere. We have cleaned the rollers as well. Any help would be appreciated.

For hard to reach jammed paper I cut a 1” x 11” piece of 11pt synthetic paper. Then notched a series of V’s into one side. It’s a very effective tool to feed through hard to reach areas of the paper path and clear jams. I chose synthetic paper since it’s extremely durable and won’t tear off and contribute to the jam issue.

hi there, This problem mostly caused by another material (such as broken paper, etc) present in paper path prevent paper to reach paper cam sensor. Check inside your printer and clear paper path from another material. You can also try to clean paper feed roller. If problem still persist, replace paper feed roller Regards
A jam sensor may be stuck or have something stuck on it, causing the machine to think it is jammed. These sensors are normally located where the paper feeds into the printer, and where the paper exits the printer. Try forcing a sheet of paper through the machine in the direction paper normally. feeds. This may free up the jam sensors.
