Question about Sharp AR-5316 Advanced Digital Imager Copier
Hallow, sometimes power outages causes this kind of a problem. To begin try to reset the code by keying the following:
-Press #, Interrupt, C, Interrupt, Keys in that order. The copier display must go off. Enter 14 and press copy key.
If it reappears, the check this.
This means that the copier thermistor is not working. This may arise if you had removed the fuser unit and did not fix the thermistor connector to its place. Check whether its well fixed to its place or whether its wire is not broken. This may also arise if there was a paper that had jammed and may be wrongly removed forcing it to displace or disconnect the thermistor. Check but if nor , replace another thermistor, its visible once you remove the black cover of the fuser unit and you will see slightly brown component with two white wires. Good luck.
