Replace the inlet and outlet pipe connections. One or both of them is blocked with rust and/or debris.

I have a Rheem Stella 850 series 360 L which is one year old. I have noticed the last few days that the hot water pressure is dropping and water flow is fluctuating in and out.

Did you do back flow? Suggest you perform back wash via the hot water outlet of your heater by plugging a hose. What is the tubing size that flows thru the heating elements? If it's small, maybe you need to apply higher back pressure to remove the soil. Does it have a built in pump? If it has, check the ******* strainer, maybe it's cloaked up with debris, you never know what's in the line.

What is the cavity size for the relief valve that I need Model 22V50F1

TP valves screw into 3/4" opening.
End of probe MUST extend into upper part of tank, and cannot be located on pipe away from main body of heated water.

I have very low hot water pressure in may home....cold water pressure is ok....

You have clog in hot water line or inside water heater.
Use Brady BTG100 pressure gauge to assist.
http://www.ronshomeandhardware.com/BTG-100-100-PSI-Water-Pressure-Gauge-p/405357.htm

Put gauge on outdoor spigot and then turn on hot water to get baseline.
Put gauge on water heater drain, and then turn on hot water. If pressure stays high, then clog is in hot water nipple or inside pipes after water heater.
If pressure drops, then clog is in cold water nipple, shut off valve above tank, or somewhere in line between main cold water and water heater.
Water heater nipples, shut off to water heater, and elbows are good suspect.
Any galvanized and copper connection is good suspect.

Add a comment with your experience so others with same-similar problem can benefit.

Is the water heater in a basement or an area thats cold? A water heater jacket may help.

If not ,try setting the heat up a little higher on it until you have more then a 5 min hot shower.

May pay you to get a 100 gallon heater.

Gas water heater goes cool

The dip tube which carries the incoming cold water to the bottom of the tank is bad/gone. If you can find a rheem dealer you MAY be able to get a new one but it's probably time for a new water heater

Low pressure on hot water taps and showers

Many states building codes require a pressure regulator and expansion tank for hot water heater installation. Check the pressure regulator if you have one as this would only affect the hot water pressure. Adjust or replace. Rap the expansion tank like knocking hard on a door. Hollow sound is good. Dull thud means it needs to be replaced as it is filled with water.

Losing hot water in one facet only

There is something in the line or in the faucet. Are your pipes going to the faucet black iron or galvinze. Some of the pipe will rust up and stop a full flow of water. But I would check the faucet first to see if the screw is loose or somethng in it.
