It sounds like the control board is bad, and that the contactor isn't getting voltage to it. I couldn't find a diagram of this unit on the net, but I did notice that they have a 3 year parts and labor warranty on the whole machine, in case you're still in the warranty period. This web page has a tech manual and service bulletin, which may be of help to you:

Also, this page has user manuals:

Wish I had more specific information, but hope this helps.

If you have 120 volts to the control board, see how much power comes out of the control board to all components. Chances are you may have a faulty control board.

I still think it's your control board. I would test the power coming out of the board and going to each component.

sounds like a bad contactor if you have 24 volts at coil and does not pull in. by manually holding contactor in you are doing what the contactor is suppose to do with 24 volts applied.

Battery state light stays on & discharges battery

something not right here with the question/request---""unplugging the 230 volt charger"????--I don't know of a 230 volt charger---unless this is in Europe---a 120 volt charger---in USA-- but I'll try this---a LED light does not use enough electricity to discharge a battery over night--- do you have another function on this unit such as a compressor or lights--something that maybe on???---another thought is that the battery has failed causing this malfunction----has this been wet/underwater---a malfunction with a diode in the electronics may cause the charger to try and charge the battery via ac and cook the battery as well as the circuit board---this is a real issue here---I'm not getting enough info to give an intelligent answer---i need to know if anything has happen what has happened before and up to this point when this issue started---I don't know what happens if when using these units if you connect to (jump start) battery with reverse polarity--if it bows a fuse or cooks the unit---sorry I can't be more helpful

The LED on my furnace blinks when starting up and the burner does not turn on. I have checked all of the voltages for the limit switches and the roll out switches and the blower on switch and all wor

The first thing to do is follow the sequence of operation. In order for the furnace to ignite the pressure switch must close, once the switch closes the control board will send 120 volts to the igniter. If you have a 120 volts to the igniter, but does not ignite, this indicates a bad igniter. If no 120 volts, the pressure switch or control board are likely the issue.

Check to make sure the yellow safety key is securely inserted into the console. If not, the control board will not send power to the motor. If this does not resolve the issue, check connections and continuity of wiring from console to control board.

42FD9954 philips plasma TV flashing LED it wont come on

The problem is in the standby power supply. the standby power supply generates the 9 volts and the 5 volts requird by the tv. If you measure the 9 volts source, with only the red light on, the correct voltage is 9 volts. However if the 9 volt measures 6.5 to 7 volts it is too low and the startup relays cannot operate. My set is a model 42FR9954/17S. In this set if capicator, 2603, is heated the voltage climbs to 9 volts and the relays work. If cold air is applied to the capicator the relays fail to operate. Replace capacitor 2503 and the problen is fixed. This capicator is: 47 Ufd, rated @ 450 volts, and is 20%.
