Question about D-Link DSL-G604T Wireless Router
Um double check this set "WEP Encryption" 128 bit
set the "Key Type" to ASCII
type a 13 digit password into key 1 and click Apply
If it is still messing up start over and default the router. Update the firmware and try again. All else fails and no encryption keys will set.Change the name of your SSID and stop broadcasting the SSID or buy a new router maybe sounds like a software issue updating the firmware could correct though.

Click and select radio button next to KEY1. Enter a 10 digit number that you can remember, like 1234567890, or 1111122222. Now click the Apply button at bottom of the screen.
Now any device that you wish to link will will need to use this Key. Scan for the router, connect and use Infrastructure mode, Type in the 10 digit number you were suppose to remember, and off you go.
