Question about Husqvarna Rose
You have to contact the laptop maker.I had the same issue with my scanner/printer which is only about 2-3 years old.I did not have software insurance or whatever they call it for my new DELL but I found a guy nice enough to send me an updated file for free, otherwise it's like $50 USD per year for software support. We have 3 or 4 years on hardware though. If you can even find an American to talk to for it,I would be very surprised,or wherever you may be,a customer service rep native to your country anyhow.I can think of only 1 reason why they even do this stuff.$$$ Good luck! Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
