The link below is for a driver that will work with your card. When you get to the site, please click on and read the installation instructions. Don't be alarmed that it's for something different. The technology for the cards is the same and this driver will work. Click on installion directions and read them. There is a button to download the driver. If this doesn't work properly or you need more help just add a comment letting me know what happened and I'll be more than happy to assist you more. If this solves your problem PLEASE rate this as fixed. If it dorsn't don't rate it yet and give me a shout. Thanks.

What wireless card is installed on my hp pavillion p7 NS CUAUIB 6

Go to the hp.com site and click on support and select Drivers. On the right side of the page is a link offering to let HP Detect my product. Click that and it should show all wireless devices available for the model you have. If your wanting to reload the driver, just click on each one (one at a time) and if it's the correct driver, it will load up and if not, it will tell you it didn't discover the device. No big deal. Just click on the next one till it recognizes your card and loads up!

Install wireless card wireless network interface controller

The wireless Adapter Card should have come with instructions....
If not, then it is fairly simple if you have the 'driver' CD.
1. Load the driver CD and follow the Instructions to load the drivers.
2. Shut-down the PC.
3. With the Power to the PC OFF, UN-plug the Power-cord to the PC.
4. Insert the Wireless Card into an expansion slot on the motherboard that fits the type of Card you have....DO NOT attempt to 'force' it into a different-slot.
5. Close it up and Plugg it in and power it on.

Note: SOME wireless cards require that the Card be installed BEFORE the drivers.

for more specific details, the make/model of the wireless card is needed.

For my Dell Dimension 2400, I'm trying to use the Network Setup Wizard, but I can't because it says there is no hardware... Do I need a certain driver or program? I have an ethernet cable that is connected...

To connect your computer to the Linksys wireless router using the LAN card in your computer you need to install the LAN card driver. If you want to use a wireless connection with your Dell desktop, you will need to install a wireless card on your Dell plus the wireless card driver.
For the LAN card driver, download the driver from the Dell WEB site.

You can download the device drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on thebottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Taglabel is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where thespecific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you selectthe Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Click on thislink to download the drivers: - http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen

If the audio driver is lost or corrupted then re-install the audio driver.
You can download the audio driver from the manufacturer's WEB site. Open up your computer and have a look at the audio card in the expansion slot, note the make and model of the sound card and then go to the manufacturer's download.support WEB site, select your model sound card and then download and install.
If the sound card is built-in on the motherboard then note the make and model of the motherboard and go to the manufacturer's download.support WEB site, select your model motherboard and then download the audio driver and install.

Network Connections are Gone!

I would check in device manager (control panel) and see if the network card is listed. It probably has a yellow exclamation point next to it.
If there is an exclamation point there, then right click the card and click uninstall.
Next, using your wifi to access the internet, download the latest network card driver from the PC vendor website / Motherboard vendor site / discrete network card site.
Install the network card driver and you should be back in business.

What mini pci WIFI card can I use in my Acer Aspire L310?

this laptop has 1 mini card slot for optional wireless LAN (selected models) just choose any decent aftermarket wireless g card and it will work , givin it's drivers are installed correctly and the laptop is set to autoconfigure the wi-fi. Most are set like this by default.
you also have a port for rj-45 , so having a 6ft network cable would be handy if you were sonewhere like a hotel which had free internet but no wireless.

Want to use wireless without running cables

Did you load the DLink software onto your computer? If so you have to configure the DLink control Panel to recognize the Internal wireless card in the computer. You may also need to take the wireless card out and restart your computer, then shut it back down and reinstall the card so the computer can recognize the card and reinstall the drivers. If it cant find suitable drivers it wont install. While you have the card out look at the brand and version number and try to download software to desktop to install in case windows cant find any.If you have a cat5 (ethernet) cable you can go hard wired till you get the wireless working.
