Nikon collpix l810 lens shake automatically

The Nikon Coolpix L810 is a great camera capable of taking very good and sharp pictures, even in bad light conditions. It has a Vibration reduction, that makes it even possible to shoot pictures without tripod when you zoom in very far. If normally with the same lens length you should need 1/200 of a second your camera should still be capable of taking that picture with only the same blur from shake, with 1/50 of a second. But if you ever should use a tripod. make sure you switch off that feature. Because the Vibration reduction, works with a staking lens element. that should compensate the movement of the camera, by shaking in the correct direction opposite to the movement of the camera. The element will still shake and so blur a picture, when the camera is placed on a tripod.
Don't try to shoot pictures with the zoom on full extension, in bad light conditions. That also won't work. Lots of things can be done with the camera, but to everything is a limit. Most of the time that limit comes sooner when there is less light.

Photosmart M447 wont turn on.

50 pictures is way more than I get from this camera per battery charge. It draws 500mA when on, and 1000mA of current from the batteries when charging the flash so battery life will be short.

It also has a design flaw that says low battery and shuts off even when the batteries are 95% charged.

Be aware that rechargeable NiMH batteries self discharge at a rate of about 1% per day. They have a strong Amp-hour rating but need to be freshly charged.

IF the camera won't turn on at all when trying NEW 1.6V Lithium AA's (those are the strongest AA's made) or freshly charged 1.2V NiMH batteries and you know they are charging up to at least 1.35V per cell (they charge above their rating) then the camera itself has a problem.

Even if you get it to work, this is one of the lowest quality camera's made. I have quite a few decent camera's and I've never seen anything like this one, it's rated for 5Meg but has less resolution than an old 2Meg Canon. I paid $39 for it new on 3-2010 and I sent it back because it has no purpose since it can not take a clear picture.

Sorry but the only solution with this camera is to get something better (Canon, Sony, Nikon).

Cant get anything when i installed the memory card for my olympus

If this is a C-700 camera the only memory card that can be used in that camera is a Smartmedia card from 16mb to 128mb. An xD card is not even supported by that camera at all.

Camera says card locked

1) Try to unlock it by the lock/unlock switch on the side of the memory card.

2) If step 1 does not work replace memory card with new card.

3) If step 1 & 2 do not work the problem is internal (inside the camera). Go to www.ecasiorepair.com to get a quote for repair. Cost will be anywhere from $39-115 to fix it (if not under warranty). You could even ask if this is a defective camera (lemon) they might even fix it for free? I've seen this issue with the Casio a lot.

Internal Zoom Malfunction

Hi

Do you mean the 'digital zoom' when you zoom in as far as possible on something or do you mean even with the camera zoomed all the way OUT it still does it?

Yes you should always avoid the 'digital zoom', but if it still doesn't work when zoomed all the way out you need to have the lens cleaned, repaired, or replaced.

We are a digital camera repair business with AFFORDABLE prices. If we can help with your repair then please let us know. Google: darntoothysam

Cannon zoom sd870

hi have you tried removing the battery for couple of hours so it can reset any settings that need to be set back to default it only resets camera memory not settings you have changed but this can sometimes solve the problem your having.

Also when you switch camera on and then press zoom when the camera switches off does the lense go back inside the camera as normal or does it reamin out.

when you switch in on do all the other buttons work like can you take picture and can you access all the menu if you can then take it off auto if its on auto then see if this let you use zoom if not then the chances are their is a fault on the zoom button either jammed could be that the lense motor has come out of line with zoom button, is the display clear when you go to take picture without adjusting the zoom is it still possible to take pictures

Camera on Standby?

There's a menu in Options to continue/resume using the camera when it's on standby.
Go into the menu and reset the phone to original settings, (You might loose all your data). Or try switching the phone off and taking the battery out then leaving the phone alone for 1 hour.

Focus

ebay a parts camera - with a working camera ( most ' as is ' have tape problems ) , get jeweler ' s screwdrivers and take pictures ! as you begin disassembly - so you can put it back together ; a good technician can do the swap in 2 hours from start to testing ( your pictures will be interesting , whether you finish or not ! )

Blurry pictures

You're both right. The pictures are blurry because the shutter speed is too slow, but it's too slow because there isn't enough light for it to be faster. Try this: Set the ISO to 800 Set the camera at shutter priority mode, and enter 1/160 for wide angle to mid-zoom, and 1/400 for full zoom. If the pictures come out too dark ( and you're too far to use the flash ), you can always brighten them on the computer. But if they're blurry, you can't really fix that.
