i've been using nero photo show elite for years importing pictures from my hp flatbed scanner.recently had to replace computer with vista system.got upgrades for my hp scanner and it would work a few times then i would have to reboot to get to work again.decided to get rid of old fax, printer scanner, copier and get an all in one machine.i imported one picture from the new vista ready machine and no matter what i do i keep getting the same message.it will pre-scan but will not import.thank you, robert

Other users with "identical" Active Directory profiles can run the TTaps program on teh same computer without problems... GPF is restricted to one user only (on any machine in the group).

I get the message on TTAPS which uses macromedia.
Projecto caused a general protection fault in module TTAPS.EXE
1). Open “QuickTime Preferences” (right-click the “QuickTime” Q icon in lower right corner of Windows taskbar).
2). From “Browser Plug-in” tab, click the button labelled “MIME Settings…” then click “Use Defaults” and hit “Ok”.
3). Now go to “Video Settings” tab and choose “Safe Mode (GDI only)”. (Note: QuickTime versions 7 and above, make sure “Enable Playback of Adobe Flash tracks” is also checked).
You should now be able to run the game without errors, good luck.
