Question about Canon PIXMA iP4200 InkJet Photo Printer
Printer worked fine until today. Prints only in B&W. Removed the cartridges and cleaned them. Cleaned the inside of the printer. Uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. I can print a test page and it appears okay but when I try to print a photo I get no colour. Any help is appreciated.
Check your Printer properties if it is set to color, chances are printer is setup to print in black and white mode or grayscale.
