Question about Computers & Internet
If it came with your pc it should be color coded. If it's pink, look on the back of your pc for that same color hole. It should be round. It should also have a tiny picture of a keyboard next to it. There is a little mark on the metal part of the ps2 connector. This goes to one side. It will only fit in a certain way. If your having a problem, place it gently in the hole, push gently while turning and you'll feel when you get it to the right spot. It will allow you to push it in all the way. Let me know if you have a different type of keyboard (ie usb) . USB keyboards grt plugged into a usb slot. There should be 2 or 4 slots in the back that look similar to the end on your keyboard plug. It will on fit in one way. If this did not help, let me know if your keyboard came with your pc and what make and model# your pc is. If it's wireless let me know the make and model# and I'll let you jnow how to do that. If this solved your problrm PLEASE rate this as fixed. If mot don't rate yet just add a comment letting me know the further info I requested and I'll be happy to assist you further. Thanks.

Insert the installation CD that came with your wireless keyboard set into your computer's CD-ROM drive.
Use the CD to install the drivers for the wireless peripherals.
Insert batteries into the keyboard .
Use a screwdriver to remove any screws that hold the battery bay covers closed.
Connect the wireless signal receiver to your computer.
Receivers for wireless keyboard and mouse sets usually use a USB connector.
Your computer will automatically detect the receiver.
Turn on your keyboard if the devices have power buttons.
Press the "Sync," "Connect" or "Pair" buttons on the keyboard , depending on your model.
If present, press the "Connect" button on the wireless signal receiver as well.
Your wireless keyboard set is now connected.
hope this helps
