try turning off both devices - start you computer first, then start your printer and see if that fixes your issue. if not try again this time leaving out the plug that connects the computer to the printer and then when the computer is turned on turn on the printer then plug it into the computer

Make sure all the paper bits are taken off , now to reset remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
Use head cleaning before a test is taken .

Paper jamed in front roller where paper is taken from

It sounds like your paper pickup roller is worn down and can't grip the paper to pick it up. This roller is located on the bottom of the printer. Pull the paper tray all the way out and turn the printer over and you can see it as seen in the attached picture.

This roller comes in a kit along with the separation pad and the charge roller. When you replace one its best to replace them all. The roller kit is available here:

I hope this helps, if so please rate my solution.

My printer is saying there is a paper trapped

A little help here, please.

First, what type of printer are you usiing? Second, you must follow the entire paper path and make that there are no torn corners stuck in the path anywhere.

If there are none, then it is possible that one of the paper senses are jammed out of position.

My photo paper is loaded, but I have tried for an hour and it pulls in the blue tray, pushes it back out and says to load photo paper...I have removed paper, added, taken away, shoved the thing hard,...

have you taken and set the printer up to accept the correct size paper and did you load it in down? that should fix your problem, if not contact me and we/ll walk thru the proper sequence.
