There dead pixels.
These can be the cause of dead pixels.
1. You dropped your laptop too much.
2. Someone hit the back of the screen.
3. Someone hit the front of the screen.
4. You have a bad or old video card.
5. Your drivers are out-of-date.
6. You installed the wrong drivers.
7. Your battery gives bad power to the screen.
You have to replace your screen. Call a expert or call a support agent for your laptop manufacturer. (Make sure the support agent is from the the creator of your laptop.) or if under warranty contact the manufacturer or the one who sold it to you.
