Use System Restore to Undo Changes if Problems Occur

Every time you download or install a new game, application, or software update, you make changes to your computer. Sometimes that change may make your system unstable. Have you ever wanted to go back to the way it was? With System Restore, you can.

System Restore works a lot like the Undo command in Microsoft Word. You can use System Restore to remove any system changes that were made since the last time you remember your computer working correctly. System Restore does not affect your personal data files (such as Microsoft Word documents, browsing history, drawings, favorites, or e–mail) so you won't lose changes made to these files.

Use System Restore to undo changes you’ve made to your computer

Before you open the System Restore console, you may want to save your work and close all programs since System Restore requires you to restart your computer.

There are two ways to access System Restore – through Help and Support or through your All Programs folder.

Through Help and Support:

1. Click Start, and then click Help and Support.

2. Under Pick a Task, click Undo changes to your computer with System Restore.

3. Follow the instructions on the wizard.

Through the All Programs menu:

1. Click Start.

2. Point to All Programs.

3. Point to Accessories.

4. Point to System Tools.

5. Click System Restore.

6. Follow the instructions on the wizard.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Jedi knight jedi academy won't uninstall

I have this game, BUT this never happened. I would recommend going into the main file in program files. Then I would search "Uninstall". It should come up with something such as Uninstall.exe or uninstall ****.exe.
If thats what you tried to do, then try going in Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > WAIT PATIENTLY > click Jedi Knight Jedi Academy > Uninstall.
LONG READ: If you tried doing both, then just delete the entire folder from both My Documents > Games or My Games or [Company Name]*> [Company Name]* or Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. Then delete that folder. Do the same thing with program files, It might look a little different.
SHORT READ: Overall just delete both folders from both My Documents and Program Files.
* - Company name could be Raven Software.

only thing you can do is try to contact facebook support. They might be able to restore something... or at least let you have your name and maybe friend list back.

The exact same problem!

ok, if the suite was a legitimate non-virus software, then go to Program Files and find the folder for the PC suite. There should be something like uninstall.exe in the folder.

CD ROM

Go to start--run--type devmgmt.msc it will take you to device manager.Hopefully you can see your Cd/DVD rom in there. So right click on it and press uninstall. Dont get scared you will get it again itself in next reboot.
IF you dont see it in there, it means there is something wrong with your drive or check if connections are loose or something
Hope it helps !!

Unopenable e-mail - sluggish Yahoo

maybe its not yahoo thats having something wrong. it may be your isp or your computer itself.

if its your computer, try to defrag it and try to gain back disk space by deleting unwanted things that are saved, and try uninstalling those programs that you dont use anymore.

if its your isp, try getting there attention and ask for your issue with them.

hope this helps.
