The main reason why you cannot access internet after reformatting your PC is because you forgot to reinstall system driver particularly the Ethernet, the Network. For you to see the missing drivers of your PC that cause a lot of malfunctioning please right click the My Computer and hit Manage and go to Device Manager. There you will see some exclamatory mark saying Missing Devices. To get it back insert the CD that containing all the drivers of your computer or download it on the internet by searching the type of your computer, brand, operating system, so on and so forth. I hope I gave you some helpful ideas.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Cant share xbox with pc don't know how tae dae it

I ended up isolating my network from the internet by disonecting the modem, then turning off my internet security, then my Xbox connected fine. After they connected I reenabled my security and reconnected to the internet. Everything works fine now.

Emachine laptop model W4620 with does not connect to the internet

Do the following steps in order, checking to see if you're reconnected to the internet after each step.

1) Check all of your connections, make sure that all of the cables are plugged in securely and to the correct ports.

2) Reboot your modem and/or router. If this PC is connected directly to a cable/dsl modem, unplug the modem's power cord, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. Wait a minute or so and then check your internet connectivity.
-If the PC is connected to a router that is connected to the modem, unplug the power to both the modem and the router. Wait 30 seconds, reconnect power to the modem. Wait a minute or so and reconnect power to the router. Wait a minute or so and check your internet connectivity.

3) Do a ping test to see if you are connected at all. Click the Start button, and on the Start Menu, select "Run." A small window comes up, in which you will type "cmd" (without quotations) and press ENTER. A command prompt window will come up with a blinking cursor. At the cursor type "ping yahoo.com" (without quotations) and press ENTER. Your PC will send 4 transmissions to see if yahoo.com responds. You will see about 10 lines on your screen - the 3rd line from the bottom should read something like this: "Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss)"
If you have 4 received and 0 lost, you're connected to the internet, move on to step 4. If you get 0 received and 4 lost, you're not communicating at all with the internet, skip ahead to step 5.

4) You're connected to the internet because you got a response from yahoo.com. Now we just need to get your browser working. Still in the command prompt window, type the following command (without quotes): "netsh winsock repair" then press ENTER

5) Go into the Control Panel and go to Network. Check your network connections to make sure that they are working properly and are Enabled.

If this doesn't get you reconnected, send me a message and we'll go for round 2!

Hope this helps. Please take a moment to rate this solution. Thanks.
