it will scan to my computer but wont copy or print i have checked the moter that feeds the paper and the moter that carryes the ink im running vista is there any help

I had the same exact problem. Check your cable if it is a 1.0 usb you will need to buy the new 2.0 usb cable. They have them at shop4tech.com for cheap!!!!!
