Question about Dell Inspiron E1505 Notebook
Just connect it to an external monitor with the regular monitor cable. In some cases you do not need to toggle but if you do this should be pretty obvious on the keyboard. Normally it is the fn (function) key and a key that has a picture of a monitor on it. Good luck and if you want to get rid of that old inspiron let me know.
