After years of not discombobulating

After years of not discombobulating the settings, there i've gone and done it with my cybershot DSC t1! i have a black screen with a number of the icons appearing, have gone to reset everything to automatic, have a CAF flashing lower left, a flower lower left, the flash on, aND WHAT LOOKS LIKE AN EYE ICON. I OF COURSE CANNOT FIND THE MANUAL....

any suggestions to get my screen back?
