Take the battery out of the phone and locate the sim card. Remove the sim card and get an number 2 pencil with a good eraser and use the eraser on the gold contacts on the sim card lightly to clean up any corrision that built up on the contacts ( it will look black) . If that doesnt work go to your cell phone providers store your sim card got fried. they can set u one up for like $25
This happened to my razor a couple of times and no one could help me fix it. As far as I can tell, there is no way to fix it. One thing to do for next time though, is when you key in all of your numbers again, save them to the SIM card. This way if it happens again, which it did with me, you won't have to redo as much.
All the phonebook input selection options are in this menu: go to your phone book, push the menu button and go to setup and then highlight view contacts and change to which option you want. Hope this suggestion helps you.

the razors are known for that buzzing sound but the sim card is working it is just stuck on the server and you nee to bring it back and get it adjusted. this time do it before leaving the store.
