if you have a SIM card in the phone, it is not valid, you will need to contact your local service provider. Best option is to go in person to a store.

All phone numbers stored on phone memory were erased

This happened to my razor a couple of times and no one could help me fix it. As far as I can tell, there is no way to fix it. One thing to do for next time though, is when you key in all of your numbers again, save them to the SIM card. This way if it happens again, which it did with me, you won't have to redo as much.

Getting rid of phone #'s and text on motorola razor v3

All of your texts and numbers should all be on the SIM card itself and not the phone.

So you can give the phone itself to a friend but keep the sim.
Hope this helped.
