Question about Acer Aspire One PC Notebook
The laptop most likely has a faulty power socket, or the power socket needs resoldering onto the motherboard (ie a dry solder joint). To fix this fault the laptop need to be dismantled completely to get at the power socket to replace or resolder.
If the laptop is brand new then I suggest you get it repaired under warranty.
You can repair it yourself if you have the skills, if not then take it to your computer repair shop, I suggest you get a quote first.
