Take a paper clip, straighten it out, you will notice a little hole on the DVD drive . if you press the paper clip into the hole you will hit the gear that ejects the drive. gentle but firm push and the CD ejects manually. (its probably locked by DVD or CD software)
most of the time you can get it ejected before booting into windows, when you restart.
