Question about Lexmark X2250 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have tried using the CD ROM as well as downloading the driver to reinstall my Lexmark after it stopped communicating with my MAC, but halfway into the installation, i get an error message telling me that I have to upgrade my harddrive...what is that? I am trying to help a resident in the retirement community I work in, and I am unfamiliar with Mac, I am a PC girl...can anyone help me?
Hi! I would think that "hard drive" refers to the same thing that is in your "PC" and maybe there is not enough space on your hard drive to complete the install. If you haven't, take a look at the printers manual and see what is required of the computer to which you want to make the install and then open up the control panel to locate the capacity of the hard drive. I think you can access info thru the control panel and, if not, search around to locate the info. In any case it sounds like the hard drive does not have enough capacity but again you would have to determine this. Hope this helps!
