Question about Televison & Video
If the replacement capacitors are going out then you have something generating a signal or source greater than designed for. Next thing to check is rms signal strength and resistors. When it got hot it probably had a resistor go high or out of spec. That will probably be the next thing to replace. Also check for bad grounds and cracked solder joints. I had one where the solder looked good on a ground trace but wasn't replaced just about everything and it got better but not fixed. Hit that one spot with an iron and it was working perfectly.
