Question about Kenmore 24032\24036 Top Load Washer
Remove the two screws that hold down the top console, flip up the console,it's on hindges, with a screw driver pop the two metal clips, stick the screw driver in the hole and push back and the clip will release, also there's a white plastic wire harness in between the clips, that's the lid switch connection, unplug it.open the lid, grab the frame and pull back and up and remove the outside frame.if the spring fell off the back of the washer and the tub is bouncing all around, most likely the hole in the frame rotted and you'll need to drill a new hole, hope this helps, let me know how you make out
