I have tried and replaced color ink cartridge and black cartridge at least three times and it seems to be same for and progressively worse. The printing is redder and hazy looking. When printing alignment test page, only the black prints (gray), the yellow is good, and the green check marks print. All other colors and items do not. On the black-gray bar there little quarter of an inch prings tones of red, yellow, and blue.
\does anyone know of a solution to bring back the quality of the printing?

Re: Color Quality is not so great anymore
Sounds like the machine needs to be cleaned. Probably a heavy use machine that has quite a bit of ink spray build up on the inside. I would imagine your service station has quite a bit of ink build up in it as well possibly causing the cartridges not to be cleaned like they should. A good cleaning cures most of what ails inkjet printers. We would charge $85 in our shop for complete disassembly down to the metal frame and cleaning.

Please check it black ink cartridge and also check it your cartridge working conduction or not. If you are more then three time refill then not used cartridge because three time after not good quality print.
And go to printer property and check it color choose option if you are not choose black ink then not black printing.
Replace color cartridge:Reason: Color cartridge carries three color for color combination, in that any one of color empty or dried up color combination wont happen perfectly, result printer get mismatch colors.. In your case it might be magenta color over.. replace color cartridge to get good print outs..

My guess is that the color cartridge is either defective or not inserted correctly. I have a 6110 and know that inserting a print cartridge is a little tricky. If it isn't completely inserted and the top latch fastened correctly, the cartridge either won't work or produce errors.
Try reseating the color cartridge so it's inserted in exactly the same way as the black cartridge and run a print job again.
Open the following web page and go to Step three to see the instructions for cleaning the electronic contacts on the cartridge and print carriage.
as u have ran out of ink you cant print anymore... you have to replace a new ink cartridge.... this is because when u print something, the colors will get mixed to print the exact color.... even if u are printing only in black, some other colors wil get mixed to produce the black color on the paper... so u need to change the ink cartridge.... u cannot run with a blank filled ink cartridge.... and the selection of your printer is very good...
