Question about NEC Electra Elite DTU 16D-2 Corded Phone
Soft keys on one station are not working Other stations are still programed and are working fine. Is it possible for a user to unprograme there phone?
Yes, a user can de-program their phone if they accidentally punched feature 99, which is a clear-all code
other suggestion is that the clear cover that goes over the keys might need to be pushed down and re-secured to the base, if it is not set properly the keys cannot be pushed all the way down and it seems the phone is inoperable
