Question about E-Machines T3958 (827103050974) PC Desktop
If it's the power button that is on the case, it plugs into the motherboard. Most likely, in the lower right hand side as you are looking into the case with the front of the case to your right.
The little row of pins is labeled. You are looking for the label pwr sw or something similar. If you can't see any labels, short each pair of pins with a small screwdriver--two at a time. When the machine turns on, you've found the correct two pins.
