Seems that the company went bankrupt last year and their website (where you would have had to go to download their firmware) is no longer in operation. I think that means you're out of luck, unfortunately :(
I sure wish I had known that before I bought my own Olevia set that needs service now, but at the time I found lots of good reviews of the sets but no news of bankruptcy ever came up.

Same thing Just happened to me ths AM. Acting Wierd then this morning fuzzy screen and poof won't come back on.
Comcast box was resetting at the exact same time and I found this online....

Olevia went out of business a long time ago.
First, the screen is black can be due to the 24vdc power supply is dead or in shutdown due to short circuits in the backlight inverter board. You need to inpsect the caps and voltages.
Screen: not likely beacuse of the backlight inverter board and the T-CON board will not be the same.

It nay have dying power supply due to bad caps, please read my guide if you are going to DIY repair.

Or www.digikey.com, just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current and long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
