This camera has been sitting around unused for at least a couple of years because it stopped working. I can not get it to power on and the tape will not eject. What could be the problem? How can I get his tape out, or get it to power on? I have it hooked up to the adapter and plugged in, but there is no light showing me that it is charging up.
Sony Handycam DCR-HC21 flashing error code c:32:11. The tape will not eject. I have disconnected the power source, the battery and anything else that is connected. It makes a noise like it is going to be normal and then it sounds like it may be "eating" the tape. The door to the tape seems to be stuck shut. I have also hit the reset button on the side of the camera.
Thanks,
M. W.
