Kenwood KMD 673R and scrolling for MD title ?

Generally... When you do a RESET it goes back to "Out of the box" status.  
That is the status and configuration it had when you first took it out o

Solution.... Sit down, configure it the way you like it, record every
step in Notepad, Wordpad or the word processor of your choice, save to
Hard Disk and print, put the print out in the above named box for furture
reference.

This "Back to new" reset is best exampled by my Palm Pilot.

When I do a full reset (it has 3 different resets) the device forgets
everything, It's back to brand new, No data stored, No names, No
addresses, No blood glucose readings, No maps, No Bible Books no
Programs, No "Love Dice" (Joke program) No hacks no anything.

Thankfully a hot sync will restore it to the last hot sync (Value of
regular hot syncing)

I got a real deal on a Palm pilot because someone did not know that and
his was "Broke"  It was still "Broke" when I got it, Hot sync, reset, hot
sync, and it was back in service, with almost all his data intact!!!!

After you have done a RESET you return certain settings, go into the menu
function now that you have done your RESET, all will be fine....

Like I said before, I have done a RESET and then I went to the Menu
System. I  select SCROLL and set it to AUTO. Then I eventually play
with the CLK button and try to have this permanent (every 30 seconds
,the title scroll) scrolling feature by pressing once on the button...
Guess what, it doesn't work.

I really think that once you press one time the RESET, you loose a
small part of the firmware stored inside the MD-receiver and
especially this neat feature.

Still any help would be appreciated.

I have already done that... I'm able to see the title scroll only one
time at the beginning of the song, and not like every 20 seconds, like
it used to be before I've done a reset!

Please help me.

Get the manual and switch the auto scroll back on.
