Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. F/02 error means Long Drain. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F/02" is flashed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

  • Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
  • Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
  • Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
  • If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.

Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

The F02 error code indicates a keypad/user interface failure. This can be caused by a stuck keypad or a failed user interface control board. It can also be caused by a wiring failure or a failed machine control board.

Washer will not spin out after wash. Gives a code

thank you for your response. We solved the problem. There were two of the new softener, he soap pads caught in the pump area. So much for using these ever again. I guess He machines have a problem with stuff getting into this area. My daughter's machine broke because of a pair of panties getting stuck. Wonder how they are getting out of the tub?

Kepp getting a code f 02 then washer wont do

Open the bottom panel (3 screws on bottom) then you should see a drain clean-out. Unscrew that, there is probably something stuck in there. Have a pan ready to catch the water when you un-screw it. Good luck

washer weary, You need to clean the filter on the pump. Remove the bottom panel and the filter will be right in front. 3 #11 torx screws it will pull down and off. Get yourself a bucket to catch the excess water. Unscrew the filter and clean it. Check to see that nothing is in the impeller. The F02 should go away..Catriver.
