Question about Nokia 6085 Cellular Phone
Hi, yes this is a very common fault, the problem is with a thin ribbon that runs from the screen to the circuit board in the bottom this thin ribbon has single strand copper wires running through it then when you open and close the phone this ribbon bends to keep the signal, now over continued use the copper wires become brittle and break.
now the good news is as its a very common fault with all slide and flip phones it makes the part itself cheap to buy and cheap to fit, it isnt something you can do yourself as it requires specialist tools but if you go to a small phone shop and not a big branded one they should be able to replace the part whilst you wait.
let me know if you need further assistance ok.
plz rate this solution as i have a load of unrated posts on my screen, thanks
