Here is the link to the spec sheet for your desktop. Below that is the link to the AC97 integrated audio driver for your motherboard.
Open the link below, there are four drivers for certain chipsets on the motherboard, if you do not know which one you have, just try them all until you get sound, then you can either delete the others or leave them alone, they won't harm the system. I would try the Intel SoundMax and RealTek first, then the other two. The SoundMax is usually the correct one.
