Question about OKI C3200n Led Printer
When we recieve the low toner message we take out the toner tap it then put it back in and the printer shuts off. Once you turn the printer back on it comes back with low toner message. But there is still toner left in the cartridge? Is there any way of fixing this to tell the printer there is still toner left? happens with all 4 toner cartridges.
For each toner there is an individual toner sensor. There is a real good possibility that the metal contacts on the sensors have become dirty. Typically, a little bit of canned air directly on the sensor contacts will resolve the issue.
After removing a toner cartidge, look to hte left side of where that cartridge rests. The sensor is located there.
