Well maybe see when you change the users from 50 to 5 you just limited your router access table, shoot to boot you got 4 ports out the back that is included in that number so your leaving one port open for what when you need the 5th for your isp.
www.linksys.com put in your model and download any new firmware, otherwise try resetting it there should be a small pin hole on the back you need a paper click and you going to hold it in for 10-15 seconds then release, This will reset the router back to its factor defaults,
