    hello again, my problem has still not resolved it self. i have waited for more than 48 hrs and i tried to purchase again this evening and it is still telling me the same thing.
    In you reply to me you mentioned not logging in for 24 hrs min -max 48 hrs. Did you mean i should not log into my actual fb account for that amount of time?, or just to try buying credits?


    furthermore you have charged me for this problem to be resolved, and yet it has not been done. i do hope i will not get charged any further regarding this problem!


    please i need this sorted asap.

    Hello, i have contacted fb regarding this problem myself, but thanks for the tip. Now what i also would like to know is... seeing as though fixya was unable to resolve my problem , Do i get a refund on this?

Actually, you might not have done an unusual activity, but it's the system that detects. For security reasons and scams, facebook have implemented a very high security feature on the system which will detect every mistakes as spam or bad inputs, suppose if you mistype a number or your name or anything during the payment process, the system would detect is as bad inputs and will disable the process to proceed forward. In fact, you didn't do it in purpose, but it's only to secure the payment. You can't do anything with this, and this issue is one of the most common issues on facebook these days. They didn't do it personally by a human being, but only the system does it and disable the feature for a timeout. The link goes to the facebook help center only to let you know more about their terms and conditions, etc..etc..

Since facebook can't be contacted directly, it's very annoying and desperate to get any instant help, but it'll come back as normal after the timeout is reset itself. Maybe it could take 24 hours or 48 hours etc..etc.. Just keep waiting untill you are sure that it's more than 24 hours of waiting. The only thing we can do is waiting and waiting only. If you attempt to login before 24 hours, it'll again reset to 24 hours and you'll never be access it if you keep trying, so better wait for at least 24 hours and try. If this doesn't helpful, try 48 hours (that's the maximum).

There are few email addresses to contact facebook, but I don't think and I haven't received any reply from those emails.

    Also, send a feedback to facebook using this form (click here), so that they'll add this issue in their help lists.





    The response from facebook may take time since they are dealing with millions of mail per day, but I do hope they will definitely send you a reply.

Sounds like you have to contact facebook... Thats not a computer issue, I got that once before and had to email them for days.. When it happened to me it's because I spent to much money in a certain amount of time and they do that to protect you, Its just an abnormality.

This is either a false phishing message or someone has stolen your facebook ID. Do not answer the message but log onto www.facebook.com and verify the message.

Contact both paypal and facebook support. attach copies of the resolved issue from paypal to facebook. might take awhile but it should do the trick.
