1. Uninstall all the printer drivers (Software include) the way that you know
And then clean, it up forever
A-Click Start, and then click All Programs.
B-Click Accessories, and then click Run.
C-Type "regedit", and then click OK. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
D-In the navigation pane, locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE
Click the plus next to software and in the directory tree below it you will see a key with your software Application.
And delete all about it
2. Power cycle the PC
3. Re-install the drivers and software
4. Finally plug in the printer ((Or when the installation software required)
