Question about Xerox WorkCentre XD100 All-In-One Laser Printer
The actual definition of the CH code is the toner cartridge is missing or not inserted properly. If the toner cartridge is there then I would try reinstalling it. Several times if neccesary. If the toner cartridge were just empty you would not get the CH code. Just the toner light. If re-installing several times does not help then you MAY have either a defective toner cartridge or a problem with the electrical connector that connects the toner cartridge to the copier when it is installed. You can find this connector by looking at the back of the toner cartridge as well as in the back of the "port" where the toner is installed.
