Lingo does not seem to have downloadable versions of their manuals available on their website. In fact the only support they offer on-line seems to be a Frequently Asked Questions Page. Using their Contact Us Link you should be able to request a manual from them (online or phone) or they might simply be able to answer your questions via that contact.
