Can i backflush my 2002 Steel Uno Pro

You need to check if you have the solenoid valve, if you do, then back flush regularly to avoid group blockages.
You would want to descale regularly as well to avoid the solenoid blocking.

Sometimes my 2003 S10 blows cold air out of the heater. At those times, I notice one of the heater hoses is cool while the other is hot. Suggestions?

Try backflushing the heater core - sometimes they plug up and will not allow the water to flow. You can go to an auto parts store and get a backflush kit which should include a backflush connector, clamps and an additive to put in your coolant system as well as directions to install connector. Pour additive into your radiator after you install the connector and use some vice grips to pinch off the heater hoses so you don't lose all of your coolant when you cut the hose to install the connector. Clamp off both hoses to prevent premature drainage and make sure you drain radiator and coolant system afterwards, adding the proper mix of antifreeze and water when you're done to prevent engine damage during a freeze.
Good luck!!

2000 Olds Silhouette (3.4L) coolant change/flush.

Power flushing is usually not a good thing as the heater cores can become blocked.I would suggest to remove the lower rad hose and drain as much coolant as possible.Refill with clear water with lower hose reattached.Bleed system of air as you fill with water and keep filling until operating temp is reached.Drive and return and drain it again the same way,now refill with at least 1 and 1/2 gallons of dexcool and don't forget to add the vegetable based aluminum protector required in your vehicle available from gm and make sure you bleed the air from the system from the valve just to the rear of the rad filler neck on the engine at the end of the coolant pipe running across the front of the engine.

Pump stopped woking when I turned it off to backflush

You have got stuff in your impella.
Take pump away from pipes and 'elec' power lines - empty skimmer filter inside pump - turn over and remove all 'stuff' from inside skimmer filter section.

If you can - turn impella using knife or screwdriver see if it runs smooth and silent.

I was backflushing my machine and now the portafilter is stuck

The brew solenoid is not discharging the pressure from the group, the line might be clogged, if you remove the top and then side panels of machine you will see the discharge tube flowing into the drain tray, try unclogging hole, then backflushing to see if the solenoid discharges.
