How do you clean the flexcable?

How do I remove the casing in order to clean
the flexcable?

You should not clean the cable you need to replace it that cable is very sensitive

If when you try powering up the phones and the keypad just lits up then it is the flexcable that needs to be replaced.

Razor V3 - no keyboard


WEBWOLVES - take the phone and have them replaced the flexcable.

99vfr - have the firmware reflash on the phone or have flexcable replaced.

GUEST - first replaced the flexcable

hatusu - you can take the phone and have the kaypad flex file reflash onto the phone.

Screen problem


change the lcd or the flexcable depending on the problem.......if your keypads are lighting up and not the screen then change the flexcable

Buttons don't work


Try mobile2mobile.net, unlockitnow.com or take it to a mobile service center to have it unlock there for a small fee.


1213joec - the flexcable on the phone needs to be replaced.

Slayer57689 - the flexcable needs to be replaced

gandon - you need to have a keypad flex file reloaded on the phone to get this problem fix.


viogil - replaced both the flexcable and the cable connected on the earpiece of the phone.

nmac - replaced both the flexcable and the cable connected on the earpiece of the phone.

Guest - keypad needs to be replaced and phone needs to be reflash.

Switching parts on a razor


if you have T6 screwdriver just remove the 4 rubber stops on the lcd screen the unscrew them and detach the camera and flexcable ribbon from the lcd then do that to the another mobile and replace the old screen with the working one.

P.S you should not do this if you are not a professional cause you can damaged the flexcable if you are not carefl so i would advise you to take it to a mobile service center

Screen won't come on


Open phone, turn it over so camera is facing you.  Place thumb

in the area between camera lens and vol up/down buttons.  Place finger underneath the same relative area.  When in

position squeeze your fingers and the cases together.  This

reseats the ribbon cable located in that area.  Please let me

know the results.  Best of luck.
