You need to go to nokia.com and download the drivers relevant to your model of phone i think nokia does a phone suite too enabling you to download all content using one application.

Downloading photos from mobile phone

You can do this by connecting the Samsung usb cable (which came with the phone) to your pc.

It will self install the device onto your pc - you then open My Computer and should see your Samsung device.

Open the folder of your phone to locate the photos, then drag-drop to your pc.

You need to locate the driver for your camera, In a CD form or direct download form manufacturer website in order to have your laptop read the device you have to tell the laptop what device is attatched either by driver CD, or at fuji website for example.
look up your model on fiji site look for download drivers for your operating system on laptop XP vista etc.. then reboot your computer add the device by connector USB cord then it will see the device OK ? open My computer icon when it starts to see the digital camera icon

Make sure the phone is switched on at the "home screen" with the flip open.

Connect the phone directly to a USB socket on your computer.

When the phone displays "Connect phone as external storage device" select "yes" & wait until the screen on your phone goes white.

On your PC, go to My Computer & select the new item MS DEVICE. Click on pictures - here you will see your photos & you can drag & drop them to your chosen location on your computer.

Can't download photo's onto computer

Are you connecting your phone as a Mass Storage Device?

  1. From the home screen, attach one end of the Motorola Original Enhanced USB cable to your phone and the other end to a USB port on your computer.
  2. On your phone, press Yes to use the phone as a portable USB storage device.
Note: When connected as a storage device the phone cannot perform regular phone activities. Disconnect to resume normal operation.
  3. On the PC, open the My Computer window and find where your phone displays as a Mass Storage icon.
Double click the Mass Storage Device icon.
  4. Drag and drop files between your computer and phone.
  5. When finished, remove the phone safely from your computer. Right click the "Safely Remove Hardware"
icon at the bottom of your computer screen, then select "USB Mass Storage Device" and click Stop.
  6. Select USB Mass Storage Device and click OK.
Now it is safe to disconnect the cable. When the cable is disconnected, the phone restarts
