Press the + & - buttons on the tv simultaneously or together
then turn press the power button. (tv should be off when doing this)
Once the tv turns on, you should be in service mode. Next, press the power button again to turn it off, then once more to turn it back on.
This should remove the child lock. Otherwise you can try leaving it unplugged for 1 full hour. While unplugged, press and hold the power button for 10 full seconds within the first 10 minutes of the tv being unplugged.
